Legal Officer

  • Closing Date: 30 April 2026 | Status: Permanent | Experience: 2 Years | Placement: DKI Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing legal advice, opinions, and legal assistance to ensure that the company's interests are fulfilled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Carry out and prepare legal documents in connection with routine corporate activities to ensure the fulfillment of company obligations.
  • Conduct research and analysis of applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to company activities and provide advice to related work units so that the company's activities are in accordance with these laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and coordinate with related work units regarding permits and licenses.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.25
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in the field of corporate law and litigation (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
  • Have good competencies in Legal Litigation, Legal Analysis, and Legal Compliance.
  • Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent communication (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Corporate Secretary Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor capital market developments and proactively assess issues that may impact the Company as a publicly listed entity, providing timely updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Company and capital market authorities, regulators, and the public (including OJK, IDX, and media) to ensure full compliance with applicable capital market regulations.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely dissemination of relevant information to all stakeholders both internal and external to maintain and enhance the Company’s corporate reputation.
  • Assist in the execution of corporate actions, including the preparation and registration of prospectuses, circulars, and other required announcements.
  • Support the Head of Corporate Secretary Division in organizing the General Meetings of Shareholders (Annual and Extraordinary), public exposes, and other corporate events to ensure smooth and compliant execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Law, Business, Economics, or related field. Master degree would be an advantage
  • 2-3 years of working experience in related field
  • Good knowledge in General Business, Public and Media Relation, Strategic Communication, Capital Market and Corporate Law
  • Good communication skill in English, both oral and written

Tax Project Officer

Job Responsibilities

  • To analyze the impact of the regulation development in taxation and industry, so the update information can be used to update about provision, and to give input also advice about tax area for Adaro subsidiaries.
  • To analyze Contracts and document transactions so the data can be used to determine the risk of taxation and tax treatment in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  • To conduct a review all fiscal and taxation reports from Adaro subsidiaries, so the report can be used to prepare recommendations.
  • To gather information related to regulations in the areas of taxation and / or relating to the areas of taxation so it can be used to identify tax issues for the company.
  • To collect and prepare material for all project implementation plan in Adaro subsidiaries.
  • To do the documentation and filing tax documents pertaining to the analysis, a review, updates, input, advice, and recommendations of taxation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience in related area, preferably from public tax firm
  • Having excellent knowledge about Tax Regulation
  • Having good knowledge about Tax Policy and Procedures
  • Having good analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English

Tax Staff

  • Closing Date: 30 April 2026 | Status: Contract | Experience: 1 Year | Placement: DKI Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare withholding / collection calculations and reports for monthly PPh and yearly SPT
  • Perform reconciliation between PPh withholdings / collections and expense records in the financial statements.
  • Prepare other required tax-related data (such as tax audit documents and response / confirmation letters from Tax Office (KPP) or external parties).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Taxation with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Competencies: Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation, and Tax Compliance
  • Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team.
  • Willing to work under a contract scheme (temporary replacement for maternity leave).

IT Infrastructure and Operation Section Head

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IT infrastructure, including networks, on-premises and cloud servers, storage, and security systems.
  • Optimize IT infrastructure performance and efficiency through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Ensure high availability of IT services and disaster recovery, and plan business process continuity of IT systems.
  • Protect company information assets and implement preventive measures against attacks.
  • Ensure all IT services comply with company standards, regulations, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external audits and resolve identified risk findings.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master degree (S2) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years experience related in IT infrastructure and operation. Mining industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong skill in leadership, project management, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
  • Good knowledge in IT Service Management / IT Infrastructure Library
  • Having certifications or experiences in DevSecOps scope, microsoft 365, SAP, Cloud Security, and CISCO Network Security.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Auditor

  • Closing Date: 30 April 2026 | Status: Permanent | Experience: 2 Years | Placement: DKI Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

  • Actively involved in the planning of audits, starting from the collection of preliminary data and information, determining objectives, scope, budget and timeline for the process
  • Conduct testing (analysis review, design review, control testing) and report the test results based on facts and valid evidence
  • Actively involved in drawing audit conclusions, analyzing the root causes of audit issues, and providing recommendations for corrective actions
  • Assist the Senior Auditor in preparing audit report in accordance with the facts and evidence of the audit
  • Assist the Senior Auditor in monitoring and ensuring that all corrective actions have been implemented by the auditee in a timely manner
  • Assist the Senior Auditor in the administrative management of the Internal Audit Function

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Mining Engineering / Geology Engineering / Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Strong integrity and objectivity in carrying out audit assignments
  • Willing to be assigned to remote area
