Cost Estimator

• Placement : Jakarta

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates based on tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ, and scope of work).
• Perform quantity take-off calculations for Electrical and Instrument work.
• Develop unit price analysis covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for technical clarifications and scope of work.
• Evaluate vendor / supplier proposals from technical and commercial aspects.
• Prepare cost breakdown, contingency, and estimation assumptions clearly and in documented form.
• Support the tender clarification process up to the project budget determination stage.
• Manage and update the price database as a reference for estimation.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project estimation or cost control in EPC projects.
• Understand standards and practices of Electrical and Instrument work in the Oil and Gas industry or similar.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings (SLD, wiring diagram, layout, and similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines.
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Drilling, Completion and Well Intervention Drafter

• Placement : Balikpapan, Kalimantan
• Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibility

• Support Drilling, Completion, and Well Intervention Engineers in preparing well program documentation, End of Well Reports, Operational summaries, Well schematics, and technical drawings.
• Prepare well schematics and detailed technical drawings for: Drilling programs, Completion designs, Well intervention operations (slickline, wireline, coiled tubing, etc.).
• Well program illustrations, translate engineering concepts into clear, accurate, and professional drawings.
• Maintain proper document control and versioning of all drawings.
• BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) diagrams, Tubing and casing schematics, Well program illustrations, Update and revise drawings based on engineering feedback and operational changes.
• Ensure drawings comply with Company standards, Industry standards (API, ISO where applicable)
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Drilling, Completion, Production, HSE)

Requirements

• Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering Drafting / Design Engineering)
• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in drafting for oil and gas operations
• Proficient in drafting software AutoCAD (mandatory), SolidWorks / Inventor (preferred), MS Office especially Winword, Excel, Power point, Power BI, Visio.
• Familiar with software / tools such as Landmark (WellPlan / Compass), wellview
• Familiar with oil and gas well schematics, Casing and tubing design, BHA configuration, Wellhead and downhole equipment
• Understanding of Drilling and completion processes, Well intervention techniques
• Ability to interpret Engineering drawings, Technical specifications, Well program documents
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and especially writing and comprehensive English)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong document management discipline
• Team-oriented with proactive attitude
