In addition to the BD Field, HCML has successfully developed the MDA and MBH fields. Job Roles

Lead and oversee the Civil / Structure discipline across the full asset lifecycle, ensuring technical integrity, standardization, and alignment with project and operational objectives.

Job Description

  • Lead the Civil / Structure discipline community across the full lifecycle of facilities, encompassing design, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and eventual decommissioning. This role includes managing, coaching, and mentoring Civil / Structure engineers, while establishing, implementing, and maintaining discipline-specific guidance, guidelines, standards, and specifications to ensure consistency and excellence.Additionally, the position supports technical integrity management and assurance processes and provides clear, reliable assurance to top management regarding the overall health, capability, and performance of the Civil / Structure discipline across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Civil / Structure activities across all project phases, from design through decommissioning.
  • Lead and develop discipline engineers through coaching, mentoring, and capability building.
  • Establish and maintain discipline standards, guidelines, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure technical integrity and provide assurance on discipline performance to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Offshore or Civil Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum experience 12-15 years’ experience in offshore structural engineering design, construction, and installation.
  • Proven experience in offshore fabrication, sea fastening, and installation during EPCI stage.
  • Proven experience in structural modification projects in Oil and Gas facilities.
  • Strong technical expertise in structural engineering, construction processes, and the fabrication and installation of structural systems.
  • Familiarity with Oil and Gas industry structural design codes and industry standards.
  • Good command in English (written and verbal).
