Adaro Logistics Professional Program (ALPP) is a program to develop logistics professionals to be the future leaders of the Adaro Group.
We screen the best talents to experience our comprehensive program, which includes leadership and technical competency development for the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Master’s degree holders are welcome to apply.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 (two) years of work experience.
• Maximum age of 25 years for Bachelor’s degree holders and 27 years for Master’s degree holders.
• Active in organizational activities.
• Eager to learn with good communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to be placed in the Adaro Logistics Group’s operational area in Kalimantan.
