About The Job
BCA plays an important role in the progress of the national economy by providing financial support for the community, especially customers. To realize full customer trust, BCA consistently provides financial support through banking solutions that suit their needs. That is why the Relationship Officer BCA plays a role in offering various financial solutions according to customer needs, including conducting creditworthiness analysis for prospective debtors.BCA prepares a career program with intensive training for 1 year so that Relationship Officers can carry out their roles optimally. Graduates of the Relationship Officer Program will be directly appointed as Permanent Employees at BCA Branch Offices. During the training, participants will receive allowances, health insurance, holiday allowance, year-end allowance, and of course quality training from BCA.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen, maximum age 24 years (Bachelor’s) and 26 years (Master’s)
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree from all majors with GPA minimum 2.75
- Interested in marketing and business, as well as building relationships
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to work with targets and under pressure
- Added value if able to master Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
- Unmarried and willing not to marry during 1 year of training
- Willing to undergo service bond after training
