Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Engineer whose job is to planning, supervising, and ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems run according to standards, on time, and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes;
• Analyze drawings for constructability, scope gaps, and risk exposure;
• Maintaining Heating System, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire fighting system installations in the field;
• Maintaining water pipe, sanitation and drainase;

Required Qualifications

• Male;
• Minimum D3 / Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering;
• Minimum 1 years work experience as a Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP);
• Having knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and construction processes and depth understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;
• Having the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems.
• Having the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications;
• Having a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certificate (K3);

Preferred Qualifications

• Having a high resilience and adaptability in facing dynamic and unexpected operational situations.
• Having the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and other relevant parties;

Security

• Placement: Kradenan Station and Comal Station

Qualifications

• Male
• Minimum possess Garda Pratama Certificate
• Possess an active Security Guard Identification Card (KTA Satpam)
• Preferably with work experience in the security field
• Able to work in shifts and in a team
• Status: Contract Based
