The Center for Biomedical and Health Genomics is a leading institution under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia that focuses on advancing biomedical research and genomic science to support national health development. Study Coordinator / Riset Asisten

• Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, Pharmacy
• 1 position available

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Devout to God Almighty
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High integrity towards the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia
• Not a member or administrator of a political party
• Never dishonorably discharged as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or private employee
• Never imprisoned based on court decision
• Meet educational qualifications (level and major) according to the position formation
• Good conduct
• Not tattooed
• Physically and mentally healthy proven by a health certificate from a government doctor

Special Requirements

• Preferably experienced in clinical research, health data registry, digital health implementation, or AI-based health research
• Basic understanding of clinical research, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), health research ethics, data governance and confidentiality
• Good administration and documentation skills in research, including study document management, archiving, data entry and validation, and report preparation
• Ability to operate computers and office applications, especially Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and / or research data management platforms such as REDCap or similar systems
• Accuracy, integrity, problem solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality of research and health data
• Ability to multitask and adapt in supporting research implementation from preparation, implementation, monitoring, to completion
• Good communication and coordination skills, including active English proficiency both oral and written
• Willingness to attend training, mentoring, and implementation activities related to research development
• Active Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate is an added value
• Familiarity with health AI workflow, medical imaging, digital pathology, or AI-based data management is an added value
