Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Knowledge and experience in piping systems within the oil and gas industry (construction and chemical industry)
- Ability to analyze efficient piping systems by considering factors such as temperature, pressure, material, and corrosion
- Calculate and evaluate technical specifications such as flow capacity, operating pressure, and pipe wall thickness
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD.
Job Description
- Design piping systems including material selection, pipe layout, and technical drawings
- Analyze and evaluate the mechanical strength of piping systems and assess the impact of pressure, temperature, and external loads on system performance
- Responsible for selecting appropriate materials for piping systems by considering corrosion resistance, strength, and thermal properties
- Coordinate effectively with external parties and promptly provide information to PHE Jambi Merang.
