Job Description

• Monitor the achievement of credit targets by the Sales Team
• Develop and implement business strategies in the area of responsibility to optimize market potential
• Build and maintain good relationships with key clients and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure the credit application and disbursement process by the Sales Team runs according to applicable policies and procedures
• Direct and coordinate pension credit product marketing activities with the Sales Team, while maintaining the quality of the credit portfolio

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1), open to all majors
• Two years of work experience in related fields
• Understand credit administration processes and Sales Team operational management
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
