Corporate Secretary Superintendent

• Closing Date: 31 May 2026
• Status: Permanent
• Experience: 5 years
• Placement: DKI Jakarta

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all reporting (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual) are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Monitor regulatory changes (OJK regulations and stock exchange rules)
• Prepare and publish press releases / public announcements
• Coordinate with the treasury department to monitor covenants (DSCR, DER, etc.)
• Coordinate with rating agencies for annual reviews and rating updates
• Act as liaison with investors, respond to investor inquiries, and handle public expose activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Law or related degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related roles, preferably from mining company or a Tbk company with integrated business
• Strong competencies in Capital Market and Corporate Law and Regulations, Financial and Investment Market Understanding, Financial and Investment Analysis, Fund Managment, and Strategic Communication
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skill
