Work Area Supervisor

• Jakarta

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience
• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Understand and master FEED, DED, construction design
• Understand hazards and risks of each job performed (HSSE)
• Prepare work permits and risk analysis (L2RA) for jobs to be carried out
• Ensure required equipment is appropriate for the job and has passed inspection
• Ability to work and communicate well within a team
• Experience in Shutdown Plant activities (Emergency Case)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance related to construction of buildings, roads, bridges, foundations, structures, etc. at PHE Jambi Merang site
• Perform calculations and evaluations related to material, labor, and equipment requirements for the construction team
• Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve targets and objectives, including providing direction, guidance, and efficient work methods
