This idea was first conveyed by the Minister of Public Works and Electricity at that time, Ir. Sutami, after his visit to the Karangkates and Selorejo Projects in 1970.

Odoo Developer

What You'll Do

• Develop and customize Odoo modules according to company needs
• Explore, analyze, and document user requirements (requirement gathering)
• Translate business needs into technical solutions in the Odoo system
• Interact directly with users for clarification and validation of solutions
• Recommend business process improvements based on ERP best practice
• Testing, debugging, and maintenance of the system regularly
• Integrate Odoo with other systems (API / third-party)
• Manage changes with Git
• Prepare technical and functional documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems or related
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Odoo Developer
• Master Python and understand the Odoo framework
• Master PostgreSQL and SQL
• Understand REST API and system integration
• Experienced in using Git (Sourcetree is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate with non-technical users

Plus Point

• Experience in requirement gathering and solution design directly with users
• Experience in Odoo version migration
• Familiar with JavaScript and XML in Odoo
• Experience in deployment on Linux / Ubuntu
• Involved in end-to-end ERP implementation
• Understand business modules such as Accounting, Inventory, HR, or Procurement
