This program is intended for those who have the commitment to keep learning, growing, and contributing to building the future of BRI.

General Criteria BFLP Specialist

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Academic / non-academic achievements are an added value
• Active in organizations and social activities, with proven leadership skills
• TOEFL ≥ 500 / IELTS = 5.0 / Prediction Test or equivalent certification from an official institution
• Maximum age 25 years (Bachelor) / 27 years (Master) as of 31 December 2026
• Willing to be placed in all BRI work units across Indonesia
• No immediate family members currently working at BRI
• Not an applicant of BFLP Specialist 2026 Wave 1 (January 2026 period)
• Unmarried and committed to remain unmarried during the 1 year trainee program
• Neat and professional appearance

BFLP Micro Banking Specialist

Driver of financial inclusion, reaching across the nation.
You will contribute to developing strategies and designing microfinance products that meet community needs, providing solutions that support people’s economic growth and financial inclusion.

Specific Requirements

• Open to all majors, preferably Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Business, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Technology
• Active in organizations or social empowerment (NGOs, social communities, etc.)
• Passionate about community development and microfinance

BFLP Consumer and Retail Funding Specialist

Build strategic partnerships as a future banker in Consumer & Retail Funding.
You will contribute to developing strategic partnerships, expanding business networks, and building strong relationships with stakeholders such as institutional businesses, merchant businesses, and trusted developers.

Specific Requirements

• Open to all majors
• Internship / work experience in partnership management, data analytics, merchant business, value chain, or product management is preferred
• Active in organizations or social / community activities, with proven leadership and effective communication skills

BFLP Wealth Management Specialist

A trusted partner for priority customers.
You will become a reliable advisor for priority clients in planning their financial future, not only managing assets but also building long-term relationships.

Specific Requirements

• Open to all majors, preferably Management, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations
• Internship / work experience in sales or customer-facing roles with strong presentation skills is preferred
• Proficiency in foreign languages (English plus Mandarin / Hokkien / Hakka / Japanese / Korean) is an advantage
• Professional and neat appearance

BFLP Commercial Banking Specialist

A bridge between financial solutions and business players in the small, medium, and commercial segments.
You will become a growth partner for businesses and design ecosystems with effective financial management solutions.

Specific Requirements

• Open to all majors, especially Economics, Accounting, Business, International Relations, Agribusiness, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields
• Actively involved in entrepreneurship and business communities or with direct experience managing a business
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional networks

BFLP Audit Specialist

The front guard ensuring accountability and reliable corporate governance, while adding value to BRI’s business.
You will contribute to ensuring compliance, identifying risks, reporting findings, and providing recommendations for improvement to support company sustainability.

Specific Requirements

• Majors in Management, Economics, Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting, Engineering (Informatics, Computer, Electrical, Industrial, Civil), or Statistics
• Internship / work experience in accounting firms, consulting, or related fields is an advantage

BFLP Business Enabler Specialist

Accelerator of change driving business growth.
Behind the scenes, you will act as a catalyst for change. From people, systems, to operations you will help make everything more agile, solid, and impactful.

Specific Requirements

• Open to all majors, preferably Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields
