PT Marga Mandalasakti was established on October 4, 1989 in Jakarta and began commercial operations on April 1, 1990. As part of the Astra Group, in February 2017, the Company launched the brand name ASTRA Infra Toll Road Tangerang-Merak (ASTRA Tol Tamer). The Company operates the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road spanning 72.45 km, connecting West Tangerang to Merak, the western tip of Java Island. This toll road passes through three regions: Tangerang, Serang, and Cilegon. The majority shareholder of the Company is PT Astratel Nusantara, which on January 18, 2018 changed its name to PT Astra Tol Nusantara (ATN), a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk, engaged in infrastructure business, with ownership of 79.68%. ATN is part of Astra Infra. Other shareholders are Capital Holding Investment Ltd 15.76%, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk 1.94%, PT Hanurata 1.43%, PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk 0.47%, PT Taspen (Persero) 0.45%, and Yayasan Sarana Wana Jaya 0.28%.
The Tangerang-Merak Toll Road has 10 Toll Gates, namely Cikupa, Balaraja Timur, Balaraja Barat, Cikande, Ciujung, Serang Timur, Serang Barat, Cilegon Timur, Cilegon Barat, and Merak. At these 10 gates there are 89 transaction lanes, 21 of which are Automatic Toll Booths (GTO). Supporting services available for toll road users include: 5 Ambulance units, 5 Traffic Service vehicles, 14 Tow Truck units, 2 Rescue Vehicles and 1 Rescue Truck, as well as 2 Manlift Vehicles. For providing information to road users, there are 21 Variable Message Sign (VMS) units and 134 monitoring cameras to observe conditions on the road. Additionally, 1,666 Public Street Lighting (PJU) units and 77 Warning Lamps are installed. Rest Areas and Services (TIP) are available at KM 68 and KM 43 towards Merak and KM 68 and KM 45 towards Jakarta.

Maintenance Management Analyst
Job Description
- Conduct analysis and planning of routine maintenance activities based on data and field conditions
- Monitor maintenance execution to ensure alignment with plans, SLAs, and technical standards
- Evaluate maintenance performance (quality, time, cost) and provide improvement recommendations
- Process data and prepare periodic maintenance monitoring reports / dashboards
- Identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth maintenance processes
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, monitoring, or a related role
- Familiar with maintenance management concepts (preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance)
- Understanding of SLA, KPI, and technical maintenance standards
- Able to work with data processing and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools like Power BI / Tableau)
- Willing to be based in Ciujung, Banten
