• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Preferably having work experience in PT Nindya Karya projects
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Understand Project Tender and Bidding Process
• Have Market Research and Project Opportunity Analysis Skills
• Understand Preparation and Review of Construction Project Contracts
• Understand BOQ, RAB, and Working Drawings
• Understand Basic Contract Law
• Have ability to manage contract documents
