Qualifications

Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, and/or Computer Science;
- Physically and mentally healthy;
- Willing to work as Contract Employee for 1 year;
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as System Analyst or similar position in banking industry, especially treasury systems;
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, able to bridge business and technical needs;
- Strong understanding of treasury products such as Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market, and Derivatives;
- Understand end-to-end lifecycle of treasury transactions from deal capture to settlement and accounting;
- Understand basic accounting concepts (debit / credit) and transaction mapping to General Ledger (GL);
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, .Net, or PHP;
- Experienced in database management (SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle);
- Understand system integration concepts such as API, file-based interface, web service, and messaging system;
- Strong problem analysis skills and able to perform systematic troubleshooting;
- Experienced in preparing test scenarios, SIT, and UAT as well as defect management;
- Accustomed to working in system implementation projects (waterfall or agile), including vendor coordination;
- Proactive, critical thinking, and able to challenge suboptimal solutions;
- Experience in implementing or developing treasury systems such as Murex, Calypso, Kondor, or OPICS is a major advantage.

- Analyze business needs from Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Back Office units, and translate them into clear and measurable functional and technical specifications;
- Conduct testing, implementation, and monitoring of systems after upgrades or modifications;
- Ensure end-to-end transaction flow (front office, middle office, back office) including trade lifecycle (booking, amendment, settlement, maturity);
- Actively serve as liaison between business team, internal IT team, and vendors to ensure implementation is on time and within scope.
E-Channel Switching Development Specialist
Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, and/or Computer Science;
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in IT;
- Physically and mentally healthy;
- Able to understand and implement ISO 8583 including message structure, data elements, and transaction parsing and mapping;
- Understand persistent and non-persistent connection between Switching and Host;
- Able to map data from one format to another (e.g., ISO 8583 to JSON for Mobile Banking API);
- Understand transaction workflow across channels including Authorization, Clearing, and Settlement stages;
- Understand terminal management, especially how Switching manages ATM or EDC terminals (such as Download Key, Echo Test, etc.);
- Experienced in integrating internal systems with billers such as PLN and Telkom Indonesia, and with national switching such as GPN, Rintis / Prima, and ALTO;
- Understand information security aspects (security and encryption) in switching systems, including use of Hardware Security Module (HSM) for PIN encryption;
- Understand cryptography concepts such as PIN Block, Message Authentication Code (MAC), and key management (ZPK, TMK, LMK) in securing financial transactions;
- Able to analyze logs and troubleshoot E-Channel systems running 24/7, including reading and analyzing trace logs to identify transaction failure causes (network, database timeout, or response code from counterpart system);
- Understand high availability concepts such as Active-Active and Active-Passive to ensure system runs with minimal downtime (zero downtime).
Job Description
- Collect data and information related to ITM application development requests and surrounding impact to ensure program change requests are completed on time;
- Develop ITM-related applications to produce programs or applications according to user needs;
- Conduct internal testing of developed applications to produce unit test results within the set timeframe;
- Prepare testing scenarios for both normal and negative tests to produce SIT scripts within the set timeframe;
- Conduct application testing involving related units and User Division to produce System Integration Testing (SIT) within the set timeframe;
- Provide support for testing of developed applications (UAT);
- Conduct analysis if there are issues with ITM applications and their surroundings within the set timeframe;
- Assist operational testing after program is promoted to production machine to ensure Post Implementation Review (PIR) is completed on time.
