Job Description
- Manage and implement partnership initiatives aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives under the supervision of the Department Head;
- Analyze business and specific needs of prospective business partners to enhance credit distribution cooperation;
- Develop business concepts, partnership models, and cooperation programs with prospective business partners;
- Identify, expand, and maintain relationships with existing and potential business partners and/or debtors;
- Prepare and report business performance and partnership developments;
- Evaluate acquisition and business development performance, and recommend improvement steps;
- Coordinate with supporting work units in preparing partnership agreements as part of GCG;
- Coordinate with branding and marketing teams in implementing initiatives and acquisitions.
