- High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) graduates (average report card score semester 5 and 6 minimum 70)
- Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 graduates or Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA 2.50)
- Indonesian citizen, male or female, aged 18 to 24 years old
- Enjoy interacting with other people
- Friendly, skilled, solution-oriented, meticulous, and able to communicate well
- Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship Program before
- Unmarried and willing not to marry during the internship program
- Willing to be placed in all BCA branch offices in the Balikpapan area and surroundings
BCA does not charge any fees during the registration and career selection process.
BCA is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. BCA is a participant in LPS deposit insurance.
