Qualifications

• High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) graduates (average report card score semester 5 and 6 minimum 70)
• Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 graduates or Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA 2.50)
• Indonesian citizen, male or female, aged 18 to 24 years old
• Enjoy interacting with other people
• Friendly, skilled, solution-oriented, meticulous, and able to communicate well
• Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship Program before
• Unmarried and willing not to marry during the internship program
• Willing to be placed in all BCA branch offices in the Balikpapan area and surroundings
