Job Description

  • Design and manage sales strategies for BSN Priority products and services, and conduct customer mapping and profiling to achieve unit work targets
  • Propose, implement, and follow up on effective and efficient promotional programs set by the Wealth Management Division to increase the number of customers
  • Build relationships with BSN Priority customers and monitor Drop Fund Customers, as well as provide guidance to increase Customer AUM according to BSN Priority segments in order to build relationships and cross-selling efforts to increase DPK growth
  • Provide guidance, coordinate, supervise, and carry out customer due diligence as well as proper administration, correspondence, and reporting within the scope of work to avoid money laundering
  • Supervise initial deposit transactions and reconciliation by Priority Customer Service
  • Responsible for ensuring activation of ATM cards and digital channel products (mobile banking, SMS notification, etc.) for new and existing priority customers, especially for savings accounts with ATM card features
  • Responsible for handling customer / debtor complaints and creating resolution timelines in the customer complaint system managed by the Bank, as well as ensuring timelines are carried out according to SLA and consumer protection principles

Requirements

  • Preferably experienced in funding for at least 5 years (cumulative)
  • Minimum of 1 year placement in funding / priority in the last year
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Possess good relations and database

Job Description

  • Conduct business potential mapping and customer profiling of targeted customers to increase the product holding ratio of priority customers
  • Carry out sales and maintain relationships with BSN Priority customers by providing information about the latest products and programs
  • Update BTN Priority customers with information related to non-banking products (Mutual Funds, Government Securities, and bancassurance)
  • Manage membership and monitor BSN Priority customers by providing information on rights and obligations, inputting and updating priority customer data with Dropfund / Basic categories to become priority customers to achieve data accuracy
  • Provide service excellence to priority customers by following up on questions, requests, and complaints from BSN Priority customers
  • Conduct sales and promotion of ATM cards and digital channel products / promotions, especially for savings accounts with ATM card features, to new and existing priority customers to improve DPK quality and achieve priority services
