During the PJKA era, in 1971, a unit named RESTORKA was formed under the PJKA Main Office, located at Jalan Stasiun Timur No. 6 Bandung. Initially, RESTORKA only served beverages such as Es Siripit. In 1972, following the launch of the Parahyangan train and the issuance of PJKA Director’s Decree No. 4805/SK/72 dated December 5, 1972, RESTORKA became a special unit within PJKA’s organizational structure, providing a dedicated platform for railway service management. At that time, RESTORKA offered food menus, including the legendary Nasi Goreng Parahyangan.

Qualifications

What are the criteria for Train Attendants we need?

  • Male and Female
  • Attractive appearance
  • Not married
  • Minimum age 18 years old and maximum 27 years old
  • Minimum education Senior High School (SMA) / equivalent (Culinary, Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, and Marketing) with an average National Examination score of 6.0
  • Minimum height for male 170 cm and female 160 cm with proportional posture
  • Physically and mentally healthy based on Health Certificate from Public Health Center (Puskesmas) / hospital (not color blind)
  • Not wearing glasses and / or braces
  • Preferably having work experience in F&B Industry, Hospitality, Beauty Advisor, and Marketing
  • Preferably having competency specifications such as service excellence, handling complaint, selling skills, communication skills, initiativeness, and creative thinking
  • Must have Android smartphone
