- Status: Fixed-Term Contract (PKWT)

General Requirements
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Male
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Possess a valid diploma or certificate of graduation (SKL) with a high school education level (SMA / MA / SMK / MAK) in all majors and grades:
- National Final Examination (UAN) with a minimum average of 6.0 (six point zero) or
- High school (SMA / MA / SMK / MAK) graduated from 2020 and thereafter, using a minimum average school exam score of 6.0 (six point zero) or 60 (sixty)
- Applicants must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and no older than 45 (forty-five) years old as of May 13, 2026
- Must be at least 160 cm tall with an ideal body weight
- Must be of good character
- Must have no tattoos or piercings
- HMust have never used or been involved with drugs or psychotropic substances
- Never been sentenced to prison based on a legally binding court decision
- Never been dismissed from a subsidiary or other institution due to disciplinary action or dishonorably discharged
- Willing to participate in the recruitment selection process in accordance with the provisions applicable at PT KA Properti Manajemen
- Passing the new employee selection process conducted by the PT KA Properti Manajemen recruitment committee.
