General Affair Service Analyst

Job Description

• Manage and monitor operational activities of General Service and Asset Management nationally.
• Maximize asset value of all land, buildings, and facilities from procurement, relocation, to disposal.
• Ensure asset value is updated through annual appraisal process (land, buildings, and equipment).
• Ensure all company assets are covered by insurance according to book value.
• Ensure operational excellence through purchasing process of office operational needs with good QCD and housekeeping activities.
• Experienced in making cost and benefit analysis and ensuring SLA in purchasing activities and operational needs.
• Act as inhouse designer to create comfortable workspaces supporting employee needs, and support events in Head Office environment.

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree: preferably Architecture / Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering (open for fresh graduates).
• Interested in innovation development and application implementation.
• Good communication skills and strong analytical ability.
• Experienced in managing team / organization.
• Familiar with AutoCad, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Canva.

Data Analyst

Job Description

• Responsible for managing operational Digital Channel Astra Daihatsu (Website, Apps, and Chatbot), including content management, system performance monitoring, and data analysis to ensure each digital channel functions optimally and generates leads responded quickly and accurately.
• Manage operational digital channel Astra Daihatsu (website, apps, chatbot).
• Create reports and performance analysis of Astra Daihatsu digital products and compile relevant insights.
• Update information on website (products, prices, outlets, etc.) and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or related field.
• Must understand and operate Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Python and Tableau for data analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and good business understanding.

HRD Analyst

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements
