The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, supported by the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), invites talented and passionate professionals to contribute to the nation’s health transformation under the Indonesia Health Systems Strengthening (IHSS) Project.
We are currently hiring for key positions under two major initiatives: Strengthening of Primary Health Care in Indonesia (SOPHI) and Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project.
About the Projects
- SOPHI Project focuses on enhancing the quality and efficiency of primary health care services through better planning, budgeting, and management at both national and regional levels.
- InPULS Project aims to strengthen Indonesia’s public health laboratory system by improving infrastructure, human resources, and operational capacity ensuring readiness for effective disease surveillance and health security.
Planning Coordinator (1 Position)
- Strengthening of Primary Health Care in Indonesia Project (SOPHI)
Qualifications
- The candidate must hold a Master's degree (S2) in any major. At least one academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's) must be in a health-related field.
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in planning and / or budgeting project.
- Preferably with experience working with government institutions, NGOs, or international organizations in the field of planning and / or finance.
- Familiar with primary public health care equipment and facilities management is a plus.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
Planning Assistant (1 Position)
- Strengthening of Primary Health Care in Indonesia Project (SOPHI)
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health, Biotechnology, or other health-related fields.
- Preferably with experience 1 (one) year in planning project.
- Experience in managing international grants / loans, particularly in the health sector, and working with government institutions, NGOs, and / or international organizations is preferred.
- Familiar with primary public health care equipment and facilities management is a plus.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
Finance Coordinator (1 position)
- Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project
Qualifications
- The candidate must hold a Master's degree (S2) in any major. At least one academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's) must be in Economic / Accounting / Management or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in finance project.
- Preferably with experience working in government / NGO / international institutions.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
- Preferably a certification in Finance.
Monev Coordinator (1 position)
- Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project
Qualifications
- The candidate must hold a Master's degree (S2) in any major. At least one academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's) must be in a health-related field.
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience working with government institutions, NGOs, and / or international organizations is preferred.
- Familiar with public health laboratory equipment and facilities management is a plus.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
Finance Assistant (3 Positions)
- Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting / Economics / Banking / Management or other relevant fields.
- Preferably with experience 1 (one) year in finance project.
- Experience working with government / NGO / international institutions.
- Have a certification in Finance (Brevet A / B / C) is a plus.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
Planning Assistant (2 Positions)
- Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health, Biotechnology, or other health-related fields.
- Preferably with experience 1 (one) year in planning.
- Experience in managing international grants / loans, particularly in the health sector, and working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, and / or international organizations is preferred.
- Familiar with public health laboratory equipment specifications, and laboratory facilities planning is preferred.
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
