  1. Transformation Office Specialist
  2. Transformation Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in one of the following majors: Industrial Engineering; Business Management / Business Administration; Economics / Finance, Information Systems / Business Analytics; Human Resource Management with business exposure; Engineering with an interest in business / strategy.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate (for entry-level position); or Having 1 - 3 years of working experience in corporate transformation, PMO, corporate strategy, or consulting.
  • Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia. Minimum passive English proficiency (active proficiency is preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate transformation programs
  • Experience in project management / project coordination
  • Exposure to change management
  • Understanding of project management frameworks
