Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or business development and at least 1 year in a managerial position, preferably with experience managing official stores on marketplaces
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital sales strategies through marketplaces, websites, social media, and other online platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem and analytics tools
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills in managing teams and external stakeholders
- Experienced in preparing sales reports and business forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Target-oriented, adaptive to technological developments, and able to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing digital revenue and sales volume targets directly
- Familiar with using analytics dashboards to monitor conversion, traffic, and sales performance
