Job Description

• Responsible for developing innovation within Astra Daihatsu.
• Create and develop syllabi and teaching curriculum for innovation participants.
• Conduct innovation paper reviews.
• Organize National Innovation events in the company.
• Ensure improvement implementation runs effectively.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate / work experience minimum 1 year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Good interpersonal skills, creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Able to create simple designs (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
