Job Description

• Conduct marketing and sales activities of micro credit products to prospective customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to support business growth
• Carry out the process of collecting and completing credit administration documents
• Perform initial analysis and monitoring of the quality of customer credit being managed
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of the financing portfolio, including collecting from delinquent customers
• Conduct field visits and monitor customer businesses regularly

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education Diploma III (D3) from all majors
• Experience as Micro Sales in banking
• Communicative, target oriented, and has good negotiation skills
• Able to work in the field and maintain good relations with customers
• Good administrative and documentation skills
• Willing to carry out mobility / field visits
