- Graduated from High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) with a minimum score of 70
- Graduated from Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 and Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2.50
- Maximum age 19 years for High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) graduates, maximum 21 years for Diploma 1 graduates, maximum 24 years for Diploma 3 - Bachelor's degree graduates
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Never involved in any criminal case
- Neat appearance, able to communicate politely and friendly
- Unmarried and willing not to marry during the BiBiT BSI program
- Never participated in the BiBiT BSI selection process before
- Willing to join the program at all BSI branches in the selected city
