About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits / HRIS Specialist to join our Human Capital team. This role is ideal for professionals who are detail oriented, analytical, and experienced in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll calculations through the HRIS system
  • Maintain and regularly update employee administration data within HRIS
  • Administer employee benefits programs in accordance with company policies
  • Maintain, evaluate, and further develop the HRIS system
  • Analyze and allocate labor costs accurately
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports including BPJS, PPh 21 (Income Tax Article 21), and other related reports
  • Conduct and analyze salary surveys to ensure market competitiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Engineering, Law, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Minimum 6 years of total working experience
  • Prior experience in Human Capital / HR roles

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, and labor cost management
  • Experience handling HRIS systems and statutory reporting
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and taxation
  • HRIS system evaluation and development experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Regional Economic Analyst

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in regional economic research and leading research teams related to regional economic development for minimum 7 years.
  • Mastery of research methodology, especially quantitative research, for regional economic analysis.
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing insight papers, policy briefs, and research reports.
  • Experience working in a research institution, development financial institution (DFI), economic consultancy, university, or other credible research institution is preferred.

Required Skills

  • On-hand experience with quantitative tools for data processing.
  • Experience in analyzing research data comprehensively and translate it into relevant knowledge products.
  • Familiarity with development impact evaluation or input-output analysis is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary, multi-institutional, and multicultural environment.
  • Able to present and disseminate analytical results to internal and external stakeholders.

Sharia Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Relationship Manager to support the growth of our financing portfolio, particularly within infrastructure sectors. This role requires strong expertise in both conventional and Sharia financing, with a focus on project and corporate financing structures, as well as credit analysis and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financing and investment proposals, with a focus on infrastructure and large-scale projects.
  • Structure and evaluate project financing and corporate financing transactions.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including review of financial statements and credit assessments.
  • Develop financial projections and build financial models to support decision-making.
  • Assess and manage credit risk in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of financing structures, investment schemes, and transaction processes.
  • Apply knowledge of Sharia-compliant financing products and structures where relevant.
  • Monitor financing facilities and identify early warning signals for potential risks.
  • Manage restructuring, recovery, or remediation processes for under performing financing facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth and portfolio quality.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the credit / financing sector within a bank or financial institution (Sharia or conventional).
  • Strong understanding of banking fundamentals, with specific knowledge of Islamic banking and finance principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sharia financing products and their variations.
  • Experience in project financing and corporate financing structures.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financing proposals, particularly in infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong skills in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and projection preparation.
  • Solid understanding of credit risk management.
  • Familiarity with business models in infrastructure industries (e.g., energy, transportation, utilities) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
