Located approximately 65 kilometers east of Surabaya and 16 kilometers south of Madura Island, the BD Field contains significant reserves of natural gas and condensate. In addition to the BD Field, HCML has successfully developed the MDA and MBH fields. These projects involved complex offshore engineering, including the installation of platforms and subsea pipelines. Job Roles

Support the Head of Business Performance in managing end-to-end performance management cycles, executive decision tracking, and task force coordination by ensuring accurate data consolidation, effective reporting, and alignment across departments.

Job Description

Execute the day to day performance cycle under the guidance of the Head of Business Performance: collect, validate, analyze, and disseminate KPI data for monthly / quarterly reviews. Administer business performance routines and produce high quality artefacts (materials, MoM, action trackers); maintain the knowledge repository. Maintain the Executive and GM Direction / Decision Tracking log on behalf of the Head; ensure cascading, follow‑up with owners, and status reporting to the Head for consolidation to the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance management cycle by ensuring accurate collection, validation, and consolidation of KPI data for periodic reviews.
  • Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials to support decision-making at management level.
  • Oversee and maintain the Executive and GM decision-tracking process, ensuring timely follow-up, closure, and escalation where required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional task force activities and meetings, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking execution of action plans.
  • Manage strategic data and knowledge repositories, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and proper documentation for organizational use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business / Management, Finance, Data / Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance management, analytics, or similar roles within Oil and Gas preferred industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, KPI development, and performance monitoring / reporting.
  • Experience in financial and / or operational analysis within a corporate or project environment.
  • Familiarity with Upstream Oil and Gas operations and governance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI, and web-based applications.
