Head Office
Training Management Analyst
- Responsible for analyzing training needs, managing learning programs, and evaluating training effectiveness to support employee capability development, preferably from an Industrial Engineering or related background.
Industrial Relations Analyst
- Responsible for analyzing employee relations data, labor regulations, and workplace issues to support effective workforce management and maintain harmonious industrial relations, preferably from a Law or related background.
Finance Operation Analyst
- Responsible for executing and monitoring day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational effeciency, preferably from an Accounting, Finance, Management, or Administration background.
Sales Support Analyst
- Responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for business process improvement, and generating insights to support effective sales operations and business performance, preferably from an Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related background.
Marketing Analyst
- Responsible for analyzing training needs, managing learning programs, and evaluating training effectiveness to support employee capability development, preferably from an Industrial Engineering or related background.
After Sales Analyst
- Responsible for analyzing workshop performance, business development opportunities, market trends, and technical data to optimize after-sales operations and improve service performance, preferably from a Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering background.
Digital Product Analyst
- Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into effective digital solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes and enhance user experience through technology, preferably from an Information Technology or related background.
Branch
Account Executive
- Responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for customers’ mobility needs by proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers, building new business relationships, providing tailored mobility solutions, and managing customer databases to drive sales growth. (Open to all majors).
Counter Executive
- Responsible for acting as a trusted advisor for customers’ mobility needs by assisting walk-in customers at the showroom, providing tailored mobility solutions, building customer relationships, following up on leads and customer databases, and managing the sales process through vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. (Open to all majors).
Finance Coordinator
- Responsible for managing finance and administration activities at the branch through structured planning, supervision, and control to ensure effective operations and compliance with applicable regulations, preferably from an Accounting, Finance, Management, or Administration background.
Trainer (Jawa Timur)
- Responsible for designing and delivering training programs for sales and administration teams to enhance employee capabilities, improve performance, and maintain service excellence standards. (Open to all majors).
