Job Description

  • Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Management, Law, Psychology, or related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Capital Governance, Compliance, Industrial Relations, or related fields in the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of governance, policy management, Human Capital compliance, and labor law
  • Knowledge of end-to-end Human Capital processes as well as internal control and HR risk management principles
  • Experience in drafting policies, SOPs, company regulations, or governance frameworks
  • Understanding of HRIS system management and development as well as Human Capital process digitalization is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications

  • Draft, evaluate, and develop Human Capital policies, company regulations, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Human Capital policies, procedures, and processes in line with corporate governance principles, SLA, and applicable internal regulations
  • Conduct monitoring, audits, and evaluations of Human Capital compliance processes to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and enhance HR management effectiveness
  • Prepare recommendations for improvements and initiatives to strengthen Human Capital governance, supporting effective, efficient, and sustainable work processes
  • Coordinate with relevant units in system development and optimization, including process digitalization, data quality improvement, and strengthening technology-based Human Capital services
  • Support industrial relations management by providing input on labor regulation aspects, company policy implementation, and resolution of employment issues in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of Human Capital compliance programs, HR risk management, and governance awareness within the company

IT Operation Internship

Job Description

  • Implement IT Service Level Management Framework
  • Assist in administrative control for creating SLR (Service Level Report) and SLA OLA application documents
  • Support operational raw data extraction and periodic SLA performance achievement recap
  • Assist in application / system testing activities to ensure release quality and functionality meet standards before deployment to production environment
  • Assist in preparing, updating, and documenting (finalizing) test script worksheets
  • Assist in re-testing defects or feature fixes completed by developers or vendors
  • Prepare daily reports summarizing testing progress and results
  • Actively collaborate in monitoring the testing coordination group (Support Group)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active university student in semester 4-8 majoring in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Statistics
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00
  • Proficient in computer operation (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
  • High accuracy in data processing
  • Additional value if possessing basic SQL skills or testing tools such as Automation Katalon, Performance Testing, Postman, and knowledge of SDLC methodology
