ICT Infrastructure and Security Specialist

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, network administration, or IT Infrastructure Support
• Proficient in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi), including handling connection issues and network devices
• Familiar with configuration of network devices such as Router, Switch, Access Point, and Firewall (Mikrotik, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar)
• Experienced in coordinating with IT vendors (ISP, cloud, hosting, and hardware), including SLA monitoring and issue resolution follow-up
• Able to provide technical recommendations related to IT equipment procurement and assist in solution implementation with vendors
• Good communication skills, able to manage multiple work priorities simultaneously, and proactive in handling incidents impacting business operations

Procurement and Inventory Planning Specialist

Qualifications

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, SCM, Logistics, or other relevant majors
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Inventory Management (added value), Supply Chain, or Demand Planning
• Understand end-to-end procurement processes, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and vendor management
• Proficient in inventory analysis (safety stock, reorder point, inventory turnover, forecasting, and stock optimization)
• Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor negotiation, supplier evaluation, and operational cost control
• Familiar with ERP / SAP and Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Dashboard and Data Analysis)
• Resilient, good time management, and target oriented
• Experienced in communicating with cross-functional stakeholders
