Job Description
Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk - BNI is one of Indonesia’s financial institutions providing services to customers including banking, investment, digital products, and other financial services for both domestic and international markets.To support this, BNI is seeking young talents who are talented, creative, and communicative to fill the position of Assistant-level Relationship Manager Program for placement across all outlets in Region 02.
Placement Location: Outlets across Region 02 (West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, and Kerinci).
General Requirements
- Maximum age 24 years for Diploma (D3) graduates and 26 for Bachelor’s (S1) graduates by June 1, 2026.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
- No direct family relationship (father / mother, siblings) with active BNI employees, except parents with less than 3 years remaining before retirement.
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried during the contract period.
- No history of drug use or other legal violations, proven by Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably with experience as sales or customer service in the banking industry.
- Preferably domiciled in West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, and Sungai Penuh.
- Preferably with internship experience at BNI or in the banking industry.
