General Requirements
- Bachelor’s (S1) and Master’s (S2) graduates from domestic or international universities with relevant fields of study
- Minimum GPA:
- Bachelor’s: 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Master’s: 3.25 (scale 4.00)
- Maximum age at the time of selection is 29 years
- Good communication skills
- Good English proficiency
- Neat, professional, and representative appearance
- High integrity and upholding sharia values
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Willing to participate in all stages of classical training and on-the-job training (OJT)
- Willing to be placed in all operational areas of Bank Syariah Nasional
