Requirements

• Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Electrical or Informatics, or Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree majoring in Informatics Engineering
• Vocational High School (SMK) graduates must have at least 1 (one) year of relevant work experience, while Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree graduates are welcome to apply as fresh graduates. Candidates with at least 1 (one) year of relevant work experience will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge related to troubleshooting Network, LAN, or similar network-related systems.
• Must possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
• Must own an Android-based smartphone to support work implementation.
• Must state current city of residence in the attached CV.
• Willing to be placed at designated work locations.
• Willing to work as Outsourced Worker (TAD).

Job Description

Manage end-to-end digitalization operations of gas stations (SPBU), including system integration processes, installation and configuration of Point of Sales (POS), integration of EDC devices, dispensers, ATG Probe, ATG Console, as well as monitoring transaction data flow and fuel stock. Responsible for system testing, user training, daily operational monitoring, preventive maintenance through routine field visits to gas stations, application management and technical reporting, device and CCTV monitoring, database backup. Additionally, handle corrective maintenance through helpdesk and ticketing system management, root cause analysis, follow-up on system issues, management of problematic devices, reintegration of devices, and preparation of documentation and reports as part of fulfilling digitalization service standards at gas stations.
