Job Description

  • Prepare budgets and work plans for the development of branch networks and sales networks for BCA Syariah products.
  • Review proposed project costs and submitted layout proposals.
  • Provide opinions (second opinions) and recommendations to Management and related work units regarding budget utilization related to branch building investments.
  • Coordinate the development of branch networks and sales networks for BCA Syariah products with related work units.
  • Coordinate and establish synergy, cooperation, and coordination with the parent company (BCA) or building management parties of service office locations and other parties for the development of branch networks and sales networks for BCA Syariah products.
  • Coordinate the creation of standardized designs and unit pricing for branch building renovations or construction with related work units.
  • Analyze branch office development plans based on business potential and opportunities.
  • Monitor network planning achievements in accordance with the Bank Business Plan (RBB).
  • Review the effectiveness and efficiency of the distribution network, recommend and coordinate necessary follow-up actions or improvements to continuously enhance performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
  • At least 5 (five) years of work experience in network development and / or management within the banking sector.
  • Experience working in an Islamic Bank / Sharia Financial Institution or having attended basic Islamic banking training.

  • Prepare and organize Board of Directors meetings.

  • Assist the Board of Directors in improving work effectiveness and institutional activities, including work agenda management, protocol arrangements, and leave plan monitoring.
