Lab Analyst

Requirements

• Male / Female, maximum age 28 years old for fresh graduate and 35 years old for those with experience in petroleum product testing laboratory.
• Minimum education Diploma 3 in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Chemical Analyst / Petroleum Engineering.
• Physically and mentally healthy.
• Preferably domiciled in East Kalimantan or South Kalimantan.
• Preferably has experience in testing / analysis in laboratory and understands / is familiar with laboratory instrumentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to operate web-based applications.
• Disciplined, objective, meticulous, honest, positive ethics, hardworking, consistent, and responsible.
• Has high loyalty and dedication.
• Good communication skills, polite, courteous, able to work in a team and has analytical thinking ability.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Preferably understands and is familiar with ISO 17025:2017.
• Work placement location in Balikpapan.
• Employment status as Outsourced Personnel (TAD) under PT Pertamina Training & Consulting (PTC).
• Willing to work under a fixed-term contract status.

Job Description

• Conduct preparation and testing according to procedures and methods established by the laboratory.
• Report test results to Supervisor / Junior Analyst QC Laboratory Production Unit Jakarta.
• Monitor and record laboratory environmental conditions during relevant working hours.
• Fill out activity log book for testing, use of chemicals, supporting materials, and laboratory equipment.
• Assist in trial blend implementation and laboratory test equipment maintenance activities.
• Implement and document ISO 17025.
