IT Data Analyst Lead - AIHO
Job Description
- Leading, guiding, and developing the Data Analyst team in generating the necessary insights and predictions.
- Collaborating with various teams to facilitate the needs of the Data Analyst team and with end users to achieve goals.
- Determining best practices in the end-to-end Data Analytics process and communicating business insights to various stakeholders.
- Developing skills according to the needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with a preference for majors in Engineering.
- Having minimum of 8 years of work experience in a related field.
- Experienced in various Data Analytics roles (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence).
- Having at least 3 year of experience in leading and developing a Data Analyst team.
- Have knowledge of statistics, experimental design, and proficiency in using various Data Analytics tools.
- Have strong analytical skills and drive to ensure team and project success.
- Have Operational Data Analytics experience to ensure day-to-day performance and reliability in production.
IT Data Engineer Lead - AIHO
Job Description
- Develop DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) solution to deliver insights from various data sources to a multiple form of output such as report, dashboard, APIs, and etcetera.
- Collaborate with other development team and end-users to facilitate Data Engineer team in collecting sufficient data to generate insights for business requirements.
- Implement industry standard and best-practices to develop frameworks in the end-to-end data engineering process, especially from S / 4HANA system, according to organization needs.
- Continous research on Data and Analytics technology trend, propose required improvement with strong business benefits and key advantages.
- Develop product roadmap and MVP deliverables strategy align with evolving business prioritization.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Data Engineer team in adopting best practice data and analytics development.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from various major preferably Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and related study.
- Having 5 to 10 total working experiences with minimum 3 years experience in delivering Data-as-a-Service solution using BigData (Cloudera, Azure Fabric) and or Data Warehouse (SQL Server, SAP BW / 4HANA) to produce insights by extracting data from various ERP system especially SAP S / 4HANA (Preferably having background from SAP Consultant Company)
- Familiar in extracting various data from S / HANA (ODS, AMDP) and using ETL tools to pipeline it to various data lake and or data warehouse.
- Having deep understanding and broad experience in utilizing various world's industry standard Data and Analytics technology for the following areas: BigData or Data Lake, Data Warehouse, MLDevOps, Data Governance, Data Integration, API, and related technologies.
- Must have the experience in ingesting data in various format or base such as File (file share and HDFS and Hive metastore), Rest API, SQL Database (On Disk and In Memory) dan NoSQL (HBASE), Streaming Engine (Kafka, SAP Streaming), Query Engine platform ( Tez on Hive, Impala, dan Phoenix). Containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift), Analytics platform (HANA EE, Anaconda, CDSW)
- Having strong analytical thinking and good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and presentation skill and have the exeprience in presenting and or communicating Data and Analytics topics / technology to top management and business users.
IT Business Solution Lead - AIHO
Job Description
- Build strong relationship with business users, and periodically communicate product roadmap and development to Executives.
- Conduct research on Digital Business and Technology trend, propose Digital Innovation with strong Value Proposition and Key Differentiation.
- Develop product roadmap and MVP deliverables strategy align with evolving business prioritization.
- Define User Story / Customer Journey, User Personas and create UI / UX wireframes together with the UI / UX team.
- Analyze and Design Business / Functional Requirements (BPS / FSD) to be aligned with Digital Product Roadmap (Business Strategy and Prioritization / MVP, Value Proposition, Customer Journey, Business and Financial Model, Success Metric, Conduct POC, Business Process and Application Development / Backlog).
- Collaborate with the others as one Agile team: Scrum Master, UI / UX designer, Developer, QA / Tester and Operation Support for effective Agile Development and DevOps model, as well as with Data Scientist to define and verify data requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to monitor, strategize, and achieve business outcomes from delivered digital products.
- Lead and nurture BPA and UIUX team to achieve their target.
Requirements
- BachelorDegree from major : Computer Science / Information System / Engineering / Business Management (Master Degree will be advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience as IT practitioners with 2-3 years as IT consultant from reputable IT consulting companies with 2-3 different project cycle or clients in delivering IT solutions.
- Experienced in conducting research to executive level and operational team to collect and crystalize strategic business needs in order to deliver fittest IT solution with maximum business benefits.
- Strong business acumen and able to define and design solution using common framework such as VPC, BMC, Customer Journey Map, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Proof-of-Concept, Business Prioritization / MVP, Business and Financial Model, Success Metric Validation, Business / Functional Requirements (BPS / FSD), Design Prototype.
- Experienced in Agile working environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) on Digital Products (Web / Mobile Apps / Back-end Integration) .
- Excellent communication and presentation skill. (i.e. pitch deck, infographics, etc) in order effectively communicate proposed solutions.
- Experienced in leading, motivating, and supporting development team (especially business analyst and UIUX team) to deliver both team target.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, demonstrating initiative and effective teamwork.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
