Operating under a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with the Indonesian government, HCML is a joint venture between Husky Oil Madura Partnership (40%), China National Offshore Oil Corporation Southeast Asia Limited (40%), and SMS Development Ltd. Located approximately 65 kilometers east of Surabaya and 16 kilometers south of Madura Island, the BD Field contains significant reserves of natural gas and condensate. HRIS Intern (Human Resource and General Affairs)
About The Role
This internship is open to fresh graduates who are eager to apply their technical and analytical skills in HR & General Affairs. Our aim is to create an experience that allows you to learn without pressure, gain practical skills, build real world experience, develop a greater understanding of our industry and form valuable connections. The role will focus on developing HR applications with Microsoft Power Apps, automating processes with Power Automate, and creating dashboards in Power BI, while collaborating with HR and IT teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.Requirements
- Candidate must possess minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent
- Strong interest in HR technology, digital transformation, and people operations.
- Knowledge of database management systems (basic SQL, Access, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C++, Java, Python, Javascript, etc.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist HR and IT teams in developing and enhancing HR applications (automation workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports).
- Build and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint).
- Support data analysis and visualization for HR projects and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR team members to gather requirements and propose tech-based solutions.
- Provide general support to HR and GA daily operations and digital initiatives.
