- High School (SMA) diploma or equivalent;
- Indonesian Citizen Identity Card (KTP)
- Birth Certificate (Maximum age 25 years old, calculated from the date of recruitment and selection)
- Passport-sized photo 3x4 cm (3 pieces)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Original / legalized copy of Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
- Drug-Free Certificate issued by Hospital or Police.
Special Requirements for Juru Mudi and Juru Masak
- Possess skill certificates MFA, CCM, SAT, and Rating Able (preferred) / Forming Part Of A Navigation Watch or Ship’s cook certificate according to STCW 2010 for the positions of Juru Mudi and Juru Masak
- Possess skill certificates BST (Renewal), SCRB, and AFF according to STCW 2010 amendment / revalidation (proven by online print out) valid for 1 (one) year from the date of recruitment and selection
- Health Certificate from the Maritime Occupational Health Center (BKKP) preferred, valid for 1 (one) year from the date of recruitment and selection;
- Seaman’s Book valid for 1 (one) year from the date of recruitment and selection.
Recruitment Schedule
- The selection process will be carried out according to the schedule that has been determined with the activity location in the ASDP Ambon Branch work area.
