About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable IT Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology infrastructure within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related devices.
  • Monitor and manage user accounts, email systems, and IT assets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are properly maintained.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in IT support or a similar position.
  • Experience with helpdesk systems and troubleshooting tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
