Job Description

BINA BNI is one of BNI’s programs to build the nation. This program is part of training and work guidance for inexperienced labor by providing knowledge, skills, and abilities conducted in an integrated manner between theory-based training and direct practice.

Minimum Qualifications

• Indonesian citizenship
• Fresh graduate, never had work experience
• Minimum education of High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) with an average report card score in semesters 5 and 6 of at least 7; Or Diploma 1 graduate up to Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.50
• Age between 18 to 25 years old
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Able to communicate well
• Never involved in drug cases or other legal violations, proven by a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
• Obtained parental approval to participate in the Bina BNI internship program
• Not married and willing not to marry during the internship period
