Wealth Management Program (WMP)
Job Descriptions
The increasing awareness among customers about the importance of financial management presents an opportunity for BCA to strengthen its business. Therefore, BCA requires young professionals who are interested in economic and investment developments to join the Wealth Management Program, which includes one year of training. Upon graduation from the program, you will be immediately appointed as a Permanent Employee and placed at a BCA branch office.There will be 2 specializations for WMP Program graduates:
- Personal Relationship Officer, for those with marketing skills, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and offering BCA solutions according to their needs.
- Wealth Specialist, for those with strong analytical skills, you will support the marketing team as a Wealth Specialist at the branch office to provide suitable investment product solutions for BCA customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Maximum age of 24 years old (Bachelor's degree) and 26 years old (Master's degree)
- Interest and passion in investment / wealth management
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good intrapersonal and interpersonal skills
- High willingness to learn
- Strong desire to achieve optimal targets
- Not married and willing to remain unmarried during the 1-year training period
- Willing to undergo a 2-year employment bond
