PT Vale Indonesia was established by Deed No. 49 dated July 25, 1968, drawn up before Eliza Pondaag, a public notary in Jakarta. We operates under a Contract of Work, which was amended with a Special Mining Business Permit (IUPK) on May 13, 2024. The contract is valid until December 28, 2035, and the concession covers an area of 118,017 Ha covering South Sulawesi (70,566 hectares), Central Sulawesi (22,699 hectares) and Southeast Sulawesi (24,752 hectares).
In producing nickel in the Sorowako Block, we use pyro metallurgical technology (in melting the laterite nickel ore). The Company mines laterite nickel ore and processes it into the final product of nickel in matte.
The Company also continues its plan to developing integrated mining practices through the Indonesia Growth Project (IGP) in Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi, and in Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The development project also targets existing operational locations, in East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi.
As the two largest shareholders, MIND ID (PT Mineral Industri Indonesia) and Vale Canada Limited (VCL) jointly control PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. MIND ID holds the largest share in the company at 34.00%, while VCL holds approximately 33.88%.

Senior Coordinator Security Analyst

Purpose of the Role

Processing, compiling, and analyzing potential security threats and vulnerabilities, both existing and potential, based on input from the Intelligence, Investigation, Asset Protection, Land Encroachment, and Security System teams, as well as from various other relevant sources, to ensure the continuity of PT Vale Indonesia's (PTVI) operations and business

Accountabilities

• Implement Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Risk (EHS) standards and regulations by ensuring proper work environment conditions, equipment, materials, methods, worker behavior, and 5S within the area of responsibility, with the aim of minimizing risks, achieving safe and secure conditions (Zero Harm), a clean environment, and achieving work productivity targets.
• Prepare forecasts of security situation developments for consideration by Management and the Planning Department.
• Analyze intelligence reports and other reports received from the field to identify the most likely threats.
• Develop recommendations based on the analysis of situation developments for Management to consider in policy and decision-making.
• Prepare reports (including intelligence reports, special reports, attention reports, and periodic reports) for evaluation by Security Services Management.
• Monitor the implementation of investigation results to ensure each case is resolved thoroughly and meets the specified quality standards.
• Ensure security analysis needs are met, both for the development of the DSS section and for PTVI's operational activities.
• Conduct predictive analysis of security threats and vulnerabilities that have occurred or may occur in PTVI's business activities. This includes physical security (understanding TVRA), intelligence vulnerabilities (understanding the intelligence cycle), business continuity (understanding security risk management), supply chain, tactical security, security project management, and geopolitics.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 5 - 7 years of experience working in security services. Formal education at least Bachelor's degree (Preferably related to strategy, Intelligence, security, social analyst) Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience at a managerial level.
• Experience in the field of Intelligence Analysis for at least 5 years.
• Course taken (minimum duration of 3 months): (One of or combination Intelligence, Security Investigation, Mobilization, Investigation, Intelligence analyst.
• Certified for First Level Supervisor - Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) is preferable.
• Having of Gada Madya certification is mandatory, with Gada Utama certification is highly preferred.
• Certified in Security Supervision & Management, Certified Security Management Professional, Certified Intelligence Analyst and Certified Auditor Sistem Manajemen Pengamanan is preferable.
• Computer literate, experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).
