What you'll do ?

  • You'll be the key connector who builds long-term relationships with BCA's corporate clients, understands their needs, and provides optimal banking solutions.

Here are the qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Has 2-5 years of work experience as Relationship Manager Corporate Banking / Corporate Transaction
  • Mastery of business communication skills and one of the following languages: Hokkien, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
  • Possesses strong negotiation skills
  • Possesses effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy to build and maintain good relationships
