Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Tech Recruiter
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, especially in the IT field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work efficiently, with attention to detail, and collaborate well in a team
- Placement : Jakarta Selatan (WFO)
Project Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Having a good leadership, communication and negotiation skill
- Having experience managing large projects
- Experience in Software Development Project
- Experience in exposure to many technologies platform Is a preferred
- Having PMP / Project Management certification (minimum BNSP)
- Strong verbal and written in English
- Good personality and able to work in a team
- Having experience handling IT project (hardware and software) is preferred
