Dispatcher - Sumatra

Job Description

  • We are looking for a meticulous and organized Dispatcher to coordinate and oversee the movement of heavy transportation equipment such as trailers, cranes, forklifts, and other heavy machinery. The Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring transportation operations run on time and safely, maintaining communication with drivers / operators, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and assign heavy equipment operators / drivers to locations according to job needs and equipment availability.
  • Monitor fleet movements and job progress in real-time using GPS tracking and transportation management systems.
  • Maintain active communication with drivers to provide updates, handle delays, and respond to emergencies or technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is ready for use and available as scheduled.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field supervisors to ensure delivery and transportation schedules align with project needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, transportation logs, and operator assignments.
  • Ensure all transportation activities comply with internal SOPs, government regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transportation activities and performance achievements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all issues related to heavy equipment dispatch.

Qualifications

  • Experienced as a Dispatcher, Transportation Coordinator, or Logistics Officer, especially in heavy equipment or large fleet environments.
  • Understand heavy transportation equipment operations and related logistics challenges.
  • Familiar with route planning tools, GPS tracking systems, and dispatch software.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations (such as load limits, heavy transport permits, operator certifications).
  • Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or outside regular hours if needed.
  • Closing date: September 30, 2025.

Truckpusher - Java

Job Description

HSE Officer (Offshore and Onshore)

Job Description

  • Business Unit: EPC / Construction
  • Placement: ONWJ Area

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, socialize, and implement HSE policies and procedures in the workplace.
  • Increase worker awareness of potential risks and the importance of compliance with HSE rules.
  • Conduct routine inspections and HSE compliance audits.
  • Prepare reports and follow-up plans from inspection findings.
  • Handle incident investigations, near misses, and workplace accidents.
  • Prepare monthly, annual, or as-needed HSE reports for management and regulators.
  • Create work programs related to OHS, Risk Management, and ensure their implementation.
  • Monitor the feasibility of personnel PPE and the need for personnel Medical Check Ups.

Qualifications

  • Male or Female.
  • Aged 24 - 40 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health / Occupational Health and Safety / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering
  • Possessing General OHS and Oil and Gas OHS certification is a plus.
  • Preferably has 1 - 3 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.
