Job Description

During the 11 months program (February to December 2026), you will be exposed to different HC roles in different type of business with both of in-class training and on-the-job training experience

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or a maximum of 2 years of working experience
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably with Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics background
• Passionate about Human Capital Management
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven ability to excel in high-demand and rapidly changing situations
• Proficient in English, both written and oral
• Willing to be placed in all business units of Astra Group in Indonesia
