Job Description
Are you passionate about people and eager to grow into a future Human Capital professional with Astra?Human Capital Trainee is an extensive development program that will give you opportunities to be a great HC Professional. During the 11 months program (February to December 2026), you will be exposed to different HC roles in different type of business with both of in-class training and on-the-job training experience

Requirements
- Fresh graduates or a maximum of 2 years of working experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably with Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics background
- Passionate about Human Capital Management
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven ability to excel in high-demand and rapidly changing situations
- Proficient in English, both written and oral
- Willing to be placed in all business units of Astra Group in Indonesia
