The airline began its operations on December 27th, 2004, with two aircraft based in Medan, responding to the devastating earthquake and tsunami that ravaged Aceh. Initially, Susi Air provided charter flights to aid organizations, delivering essential support to disaster-stricken areas.
By 2006, Susi Air had expanded its operations, introducing scheduled flights across Indonesia. Over the years, the airline has grown significantly, extending its reach from Sabang in the west to Merauke in the east, making it a vital link across the Indonesian archipelago. Today, Susi Air operates a fleet of 47 aircraft from 20 bases nationwide, including Banda Aceh, Padang, Dabo, Jakarta, Pangandaran, Surabaya, Tarakan, Malinau, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, Masamba, Kupang, Ternate, Sorong, Manokwari, Timika, Wamena, Tanah Merah, Dekai, and Merauke. Operations are supported by a total of more than 140 pilots, 75 aircraft engineers and mechanics and 650 other ground and support staff.

We are looking for talented candidates to join the Susi Air family in the following positions:

Accounting Officer

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting.
  • Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to compile financial reports.
  • Able to work individually or team work.
  • Worked well under preassure.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English are required .
  • Attention to detail ensures accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Analytical thinking understands financial data and can explain financial outcomes clearly.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to explain financial matters to non-financial teams.
  • Maintains thorough and organized financial records.
  • Able to operate Accurate, Zahir and Journal.ld.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Supporting any financial processes required.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.

Operation Control Center (OCC)

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduated are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position.
  • Have an Aviation educational background.
  • Must possess active FOO License.
  • Must have attended airline operations courses.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal English and written English.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team.
  • Worked well under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia.
  • Have knowledge of flight operations.

Management Trainee General

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5 / 4.00 (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • High motivation to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Management Trainee Human Resource (Expat)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior experience in HR, expatriate management, or related roles is a plus.
  • Experience in handling expat documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, especially concerning expatriates.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots and engineers).
  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff.
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals.
  • Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates.
  • Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation.
  • Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management.
  • Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.

Management Trainee Human Resource

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • English is mandatory.
  • Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed).

Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems.
  • Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Management Trainee Legal

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with GPA minimum 3.50 from notable university.
  • Minimum 1-year work experience.
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts.
  • Able to handle company documents and permits.
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal.
  • Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
  • Intermediate in multitasking.
  • Flexible in terms of working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Producing legal products needed and / or requested by the Company.
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter.
  • Any other assignment needed by the Company.
